AIS 2026

Advanced School on AI and Intelligent Systems:
Design, Engineering, and Architectures
June 8th - June 11th

Aim and Scope

The Advanced School on AI and Intelligent Systems: Design, Engineering and Architectures has the goal of fostering academic excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and international networking by bringing together PhD students, early-career professionals, and senior experts from both academia and industry. Participants will have the opportunity of exploring advancements in topics related to the AI-based design and engineering of intelligent systems in an enriching program that merges scientific advancements with cultural exchange.

In particular, the school addresses foundations, techniques and tools concerning design, engineering, architectures for for AI and ML, communication architectures and technologies, computing paradigms, digital circuits design and synthesis, embedded system design, emerging technologies and applications, low-power, energy-efficient and thermal-aware design, security, sensing and signal processing technologies, smart systems, devices and applications, system specification, simulation and verification, test and dependability.
